Digital Communications and Content Coordinator
Acquisition Manager (Maternity Cover)
ActionAid is seeking an innovative and driven Acquisition Manager for 10-month maternity cover contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels like Face2Face fundraising. Your role will identify new audiences, test new products and campaigns, and optimise acquisition performance to build a strong and sustainable pipeline of supporters.
Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, communications and data insights, you’ll bring together insight, creativity and strong project management to deliver campaigns that not only perform but connect and inspire new supporters to take action with ActionAid.
If you’re someone who enjoys making things happen, you’re an excellent planner and have a very strong background in digital fundraising campaigns, then we would love to hear from you.

Philanthropy Manager
ActionAid Ireland is seeking a dynamic and driven Philanthropy Manager to develop a programme of high value giving in this exciting new role.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a passion for women’s rights and a track record in philanthropy and developing new relationships with mid and major value donors, Trusts and Foundations and corporates.
The role will be part of the fundraising team, and the successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and developing existing ActionAid Ireland donors as well identifying new high-value opportunities (including Major Donors, Trust and Foundations, and corporate donors).

Tender – New Strategy – ActionAid Ireland
ActionAid Ireland is now seeking a consultant/s to refine our current strategy into a new strategy for the period 2028 to 2032. The objectives are:
- Process: To facilitate a reflection process on the current strategy with the team and ActionAid Ireland’s board, ActionAid International and some ActionAid country partners we support.
- Approach: To help ensure the process is guided by good practice, using reflective tools and processes and informed by external and strategic thinking.
- Impact: To help deliver a strategy that is focused and outlines the impact and added value of ActionAid Ireland, with implementation thought through and in line with the vision and ambition of the wider ActionAid federation.
The tentative budget for this is between €10,000 to €15,000. Tenders are now invited by 19 August 2026 of no more than three pages outlining the proposed approach and relevant background and experience to Karol Balfe, CEO, karol.balfe@actionaid.org

Individual Giving Manager
ActionAid is seeking an experienced and ambitious Individual Giving Manager to lead our Individual Giving and Supporter Care programme during an exciting period of growth and transformation for the organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape fundraising strategy, lead an experienced individual giving and supporter care team, and play a key role in growing sustainable income that supports women’s rights around the world.
You will oversee both supporter acquisition and retention, leading an ambitious programme that includes face-to-face fundraising, digital fundraising, direct appeals, child sponsorship communications, and tax effective giving. You’ll lead a talented team, manage significant agency relationships and budgets, and use data and insights to continually improve fundraising performance.
